As you start your trip along the Sapphire Coastline, Eden is probably the first big town you will come across. It is located at the most southerly point, almost at the border of New South Wales and Victoria.
This small town with a population of just over 3000 people also boasts one of the deepest natural harbours in the southern hemisphere. Snug Cove is where three wharves join and you can see fishermen on a daily basis preparing their catch for market.
Stretching from north to south along the coastline of Eden is the Ben Boyd National park. There are a number of scenics walks through the parks and lighthouses to visit.
