Your photos might already be great, but we can help you make them even better. We have taken a lot of time and care to create our custom Unexplored Presets for you. We have tested our presets on your pictures and the response has been amazing.

Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions about the Unexplored Presets.
📲 How do the presets work?
Our Unexplored Presets are filters designed by us to spice up the pictures you have taken. Whether you are using a professional camera or just your mobile phone, our preset filters can be used on all your images. We have created our presets to make your image look consistent with the colours and lighting, allowing you to create the ultimate Instagram feed.
📲 What will I need to use the presets?
You will need the current version of Lightroom installed onto your laptop or mobile phone depending on which presets you purchase.
New mobile phones can download ZIP files straight to your device. If you’re not sure if your phone has this feature then you will need to install a free app called Izip. This will allow you to uncompress the preset folder and install it onto your phone.
Milly and I both have the iPhone 11 which can automatically download and uncompress zip files.
📲 How to download the lightroom app’s?
The Lightroom app is free to download from your mobile phone app store, no subscription is needed. If you are using a laptop then you can install the Adobe Lightroom software. To use the desktop version, you will need to purchase a monthly subscription. With this, you unlock features that are not available on the free mobile app.
📲 What is the difference between RAW and JPEG?
The terms RAW and JPEG are referring to the file format your pictures are taken in. Most pictures you will take with a mobile phone or a basic camera will be saved in a JPEG format. Whilst there is nothing wrong with a JPEG image, and our presets work well with them, the format does not offer as much flexibility when editing as a RAW file.
When taking pictures with a camera that shoots RAW you will notice the image file size will be a lot bigger, this is because RAW images hold more information. Although the image will look slightly flatter compared to a JPEG there is more information saved which will allow you to manipulate more of the image when editing.
If your camera or phone can take pictures in RAW, we would always recommend using this setting as your image quality will be increased.
📲 Difference between Desktop + Mobile Presets?
The desktop lightroom presets are tailor-made to work with your laptop and the lightroom application. The desktop version of Lightroom is a more powerful app which allows for finer adjustments. To have the lightroom application on your laptop, you will need to purchase a subscription.
The mobile lightroom app is FREE to download from your mobile app store, no subscription is necessary. The preset packs will give you the same results on the desktop version to the mobile version. The main benefit to having them on your mobile is for on the go situations, such as when you only use your phone for a camera and editing.
📲 Will the Unexplored Presets work on all of my images?
When editing images we use a variety of our presets and never stick to just one. Depending on the colours and lighting of your image, some presets might not fit the situation. But we have created our preset multi-pack so you can find the presets that will work with your image.
📲 How do I install the presets?
Once you have purchased an Unexplored Preset bundle, you will receive an email with a download link for the presets along with an installation guide. Alternatively, you can follow along on our Video Guide to installing your mobile or desktop lightroom presets.
📲 Do we accept refund?
Unfortunately, as the presets are a digital product and cannot be returned, we are unable to provide refunds. However, if you are having problems with our presets send us an email to the below address and we can guide you through the editing process and assist you further.
