This will be updated weekly as everyone seems to think it’s funny to leave me.
So far I’ve said bye to Emily, Lee, Charlie, Alex, Jamie, Rosie, Becs, Kate, Martin , Ryan, Rosie, Hannah, Molly, Jack , Faye, Charlotte, Olly ( twice..) George, Austin,Sammy, Stephen , Abiee, Robbie, Shane, max, Scott, Joe, Mark, Callum, Adam, Ben, Danny, Chi and Lucy. This is far too many people that have left our family in my opinion and I’m not happy about it. Becs and Kate were absolute babes and Martin became my best friend in a week! So much so I’m still trying to get him back to Cairns immediately as I’m bored most nights without him. I miss everyone so much and it’s like an actual family member leaving, not only does it mean we have to make new friends but now we have no one to pick us up when we are drunk or steal us better pillows from housekeeping 😂 this list will grow unfortunately but in hoping not too much! Everyone has left there mark on me in some way, I’ve never laughed so much in my life and I owe it to these crazy people who were brought together by chance. This hostel has felt like a home for the past few months which I’ve loved every second. I can walk around and find someone and never be bored, the only boring thing is when people with laptops leave which then means back to watching movies on my phone! Some goodbyes aren’t goodbye forever, but that doesn’t make them any less easier when you spend every day in and out with them. I love everyone at Nomads so very much!
Three people especially were hard to wave off, Sammy Abiee and Olly you’re all bastards for making me cry and miss you so much, cannot wait to see you all again !
